Ascend Financial Solutions does not guarantee specific credit score increases, deletions, approvals, or financial outcomes. Participation in a membership does not ensure any particular reporting result.

By enrolling in an Ascend Financial Solutions membership, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and truthful information during application and throughout the membership term
• Maintain timely payments in accordance with your approved service agreement
• Notify Ascend Financial Solutions of material changes to your contact or financial information

Failure to provide accurate information or meet payment obligations may result in service suspension or account review.

• Payment obligations are disclosed during the application and approval process
• Approved memberships require recurring monthly payments in accordance with the executed service agreement
• By enrolling, you authorize Ascend Financial Solutions to process payments using your selected payment method

All payment terms and amounts are disclosed prior to account activation.

Ascend Financial Solutions is not liable for:

• Decisions, scoring models, or actions taken by consumer reporting agencies based on furnished information
• Changes in credit scores or credit profile outcomes resulting from factors outside of Ascend Financial Solutions’ control
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of membership services

Nothing in this section limits Ascend Financial Solutions’ obligations under applicable law, including responsibilities related to the accuracy of information furnished or dispute resolution procedures required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
