Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

How to Cancel

To cancel:

  • Submit a cancellation request through your client portal or
  • Email support@ascendfs.vip

Cancellations must be submitted at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • Future billing will stop
  • Reporting and program participation will end
  • Previously billed fees remain non-refundable


If a member elects to cancel enrollment prior to completing the selected program term, the account will be closed in good standing with no remaining balance due. Payment history will reflect payments made during active enrollment, and access to membership services will terminate upon closure.

Access After Cancellation

Access to Membership and reporting benefits ends once the subscription period expires.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request is processed.
