• Account setup and administrative processing
• Compliance, reporting preparation, and system onboarding

One-time setup or enrollment fees are non-refundable once services have begun.

Any one-time setup or enrollment charges, if applicable, are non-refundable once services have commenced, including account review, verification, or administrative setup.

Refunds are not issued based on outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Credit score changes
• Reporting timelines
• Decisions made by third-party lenders or creditors
• Perceived eligibility or approval outcomes

Ascend Financial Solutions does not guarantee specific results, and participation in a membership does not ensure any particular credit or reporting outcome.

Members may request cancellation of future services by contacting support.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund payments already processed for services rendered or administrative work completed.
